Built with: A website and a phone app that share one codebase, so they never drift apart.
Tested & released: Automated tests guard the code. New phone builds go to testers before anyone else sees them.
So far: Customers, repair shops, and drivers each have their own app. Every handoff is verified, so you always know who has your shoes.

A baseball film room. Record a swing, review it against six checkpoints, and track progress over time.

Built with: Swing tracking runs right on the phone. No internet needed.
Tested & released: Every change has to load clean on a simulated iPhone before it ships. An iPhone app is on the way.
So far: Live today. It only flags what a camera can actually see, and never guesses at the rest.

A personal operating system. One place to plan the week, keep promises, and connect daily work to bigger goals.

Built with: AI does the planning work. The tools you already use feed one daily view.
Tested & released: Not released yet. The first prototype is a working dashboard.
So far: The full design is done. Every task traces up to a promise and a bigger goal.

Decide before we build

Every product starts as a written plan: who it's for, what it must do, and what's left out. Decisions get logged, so nothing is re-argued or forgotten.

02 · BUILD

AI does the heavy lifting

AI agents write code, tests, and documents alongside me, under written rules. I make the product calls and review the work. That's how a small team ships like a big one.

03 · TEST

Tested before you see it

Automated tests walk through the product the way a real customer would, from the first click to the final payment.

04 · SHIP

Small, safe releases

Changes go out in small pieces, not big risky drops. Problems are easy to spot and quick to undo.

05 · TRUST

The product is the proof

Docs are rebuilt from the working product, not from memory. A claim doesn't reach a customer, or this page, until the product actually does it.

I spent my entire career implementing these tools for corporate America. Now I'm bringing all of it to Main Street. Small business owners get the same tools, the same products, and the same level of service.
