Privacy policy
The short version
- We collect what we need to do your project and get paid. Nothing more.
- We never see or store your card or bank numbers. Stripe handles payments.
- We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use ad trackers.

Who we are
Restorative Labs LLC (“Restorative Labs”, “we”) is a technology company in Chicago, Illinois. This policy covers this website (myrestoreapp.com) and our client portal (portal.myrestoreapp.com).
What we collect
What you give us. When you start a project or become a client, you may give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your business details: name, type of business, address, website, social media handles, team size, and how customers find you.
- Your project details: your answers about the project, messages, files you upload, draft feedback, and the name you type to sign a quote.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. We only receive whether a payment went through, the amount, and a receipt link.
Automatically. The portal uses one cookie to keep you signed in. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure. This website and the portal load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites. It records things like which pages were viewed, the referring site, and your country and device type. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To plan, price, build and deliver your project.
- To send you sign-in codes, project updates, quotes, drafts and receipts.
- To take payments and keep business and tax records.
- To answer your questions and support you after launch.
- To keep the portal secure and working.
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted companies to run our business. They only get what they need to do their job for us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of selling or merging our business. If that happens, this policy still applies to your information.
Your work in our portfolio
We may show finished work in our portfolio and on this website, unless you ask us not to in writing. We never publish your private messages, files or payment details.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you’re a client and for as long as we need it for business, legal and tax records. Sign-in codes expire after 30 minutes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. You can update your name and business details yourself under Account in the portal. For anything else, email ask@myrestoreapp.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Security
We sign you in with one-time codes and links instead of passwords. Codes are stored scrambled, expire quickly, and lock after five wrong tries. Your files are only available to you and us. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll let clients know by email.
